For Temple Beth Sholom of Framingham, MA, I designed and developed a web site to
collect input and report results of a congregation-wide survey of the Temple’s
services.
The survey asks 100 questions and reports results in both tabular and graphical formats.
The application is developed in ASP.NET with VBscript and uses Microsoft Access.
The 12 pages of graphical interpretations of the survey results are
displayed using Google's Chart API.
